　　岗位职责 / Job responsibilities

　　研究并掌握行业相关政府管理思路和政策动态，分析对项目发展的影响并争取政策、资源支持，给予机构发展前瞻性建议

　　Research and master the industry-related government management thoughts and policy adjustments, analyze the impact on program development and seek policy and resource support, and give forward-looking suggestions for organization development.

　　Be familiar with relevant laws and regulations of environment, forestry, civil affairs, exit and entry, and other departments, and understand government procedures and related policies.

　　根据政策变化，独立或辅助创始总监制定中国区政务发展政策

　　Develop policies for government affairs development in China, either independently or in support of the Founding Director in accordance with policy changes.

　　负责根据机构发展战略，主导政府关系、公共关系维护和拓展的计划制定

　　Responsible for leading the development of plans for government relations and public relations maintenance and expansion in accordance with the organization's development strategy.

　　负责重要领导和客人来访的接待及公关工作，宣传和提升品牌形象，探寻机构可能与政府开展合作的方向和机会；

　　Responsible for the reception and public relations of important leaders and guests' visits, publicizing and enhancing the brand image, and exploring the direction and opportunities of possible cooperation between the organization and the government.

　　负责建立和维护政府/公共关系数据库及文档，制定政府/公共关系维护和拓展的工作计划；

　　Responsible for establishing and maintaining government/public relations databases and files, and developing work plans for government/public relations maintenance and expansion.

　　协助项目部门及时完成危机应急事件处理工作，维护机构的稳定；

　　Assist program departments in completing crisis contingency handling in a timely manner to maintain the stability of the organization.

　　完成上级领导安排的其它工作。

　　Complete other work as assigned by the supervisor.

　　任职要求 / Job Requirements：

　　本科及以上学历,市场、公关、管理等相关专业,五年及以上相关工作经验，有社会组织、NGO等行业政府公共事务工作经验者或有相关政府资源者优先

　　Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, public relations, management or other related majors, with five years or more relevant working experience. Preferably with experience in government public affairs in social organizations, NGOs, and other industries or with relevant government resources.

　　具备一定的政府关系能力，熟悉并了解政府机构的运作机制、相关政府职能部门体系和主要部门的工作流程

　　Possess some government relations skills and be familiar with and understand the operational mechanism of government agencies, the relevant government function systems, and the workflow of major departments.

　　具有较强的人际交往与沟通协调能力，熟知商务礼仪

　　Strong interpersonal and communication, coordination skills and familiarity with business etiquette.

　　有较强的文字功底，能够独立撰写公文及工作报告

　　Have strong writing skills and be able to write official documents and work reports independently.

　　负责为他人诠释短期工作方向及目标，组织建立工作计划，对他人实施管理，为他人协调资源；

　　Responsible for explaining short-term work directions and goals for others, organizing and establishing work plans, managing others, and coordinating resources for others.

　　具备良好的团队合作精神，自驱动的工作责任感、有担当，能够承受较大工作压力

　　Have a good teamwork spirit, self-driven sense of work responsibility, commitment, and the ability to work under pressure.
